Sam Orlofsky and his L.A. RAYS came to visit, and we went to L&M Arts in Venice, CA to see the incredible show of Willem de Kooning works on paper and late paintings (up through January 15th). We also saw Paul McCarthy’s sculptural diptych “Apple Tree Boy Apple Tree Girl” (pictured below) and even stopped to admire the beautiful succulents in the gallery’s garden.
