The 154: the Chumash Highway. A spontaneous venture inland off the 101 took us to Lake Cachuma. Along the way we found, among other things, an incredible equestrian shop in Santa Ynez, vineyards in Los Olivos, and pancakes in Solvang.
Works in low-relief cast concrete dot the strip of Michigan Ave. that winds into Bergamont Station in Santa Monica.
